Shortly after being crowned Miss Cape Fear 2016, 18 year old Ellie Black was stabbed 17 times in the back by fellow contestant Allison Mansfield. The bodies of Kristina Tellman and Cynthia Carson were also found backstage. Mansfield is currently on the loose in a blue formal dress and the Miss Cape Fear tiara.
