Once upon a time
Who is this?
There was a boy name Jeffery.
Cute. Go kill yourself asshole.
One day Jeff got a strange message.
He didn't recognize the number that sent it.
He started to refer to the messenger as Mr. Grim.
Then Jeff stop answering because he doesn't have time for this bullshit.
Jeffrey wanted to stop answering.
But then he opened the front door and saw a package waiting for him.
Alright. I’ll bite.
WTF. Dude! WTF is that?
Surely this must have been a prank.
The contact couldn't be what Jeffery thought it was.
I quick look around his home showed that indeed his wife was missing
The finger in the box wearing his wife's ring was indeed hers.
You sick son of a bitch!
Give her back!
I'm calling the police.
Jeffrey cursed. He screamed. He cried. He threaten.
He wasn't foolish enough to call the police though.
Jeffrey knew if he called the cops the game would be over. He would never see his lovely Amber again.
Jeffrey would do anything to get his wife back.
So he agreed to play Mr. Grim’s game.
What game?
What is all of this?
Just give me back my wife.
Jeffrey’s impatience annoyed Mr. Grim but he was kind enough to let it slide.
When Jeffrey looked under the pillow his wife’s finger rested on he found a note.
The first place we met?
What does that mean?
Jeffrey was actually a lot smarter then he looked.
So he rushed out to the car and drove towards the first place he met the lovely Amber.
Okay, I’m here. What now?
Jeffrey looked under the bench that had the blue flower painted on it.
No please. Please no more packages.
He opened it up.
No! No! No!
Enough. Enough. I’m done with your game.
Just give her back. Please. Just give her back to me.
The sight of gift left Jeffrey distraught.
Who would have guess it would have looked that way . . .
When you remove a tongue from a person’s mouth.
Who are you?
Why are you doing this to me?
My wife. Please. Give Amber back to me.
Mr. Grim was confused by Jeffrey statement.
We were playing a game.
So long as Jeffrey followed the rules he would have his wife back.
So Jeffrey put on his big boy pants. And read the next note.
Caught? What is caught supposed to me?
Jeffrey put on his thinking cap. He knew he could come up with the answer.
When she caught me? Where she caught me?
Rushing to his car he made his mad dash across town.
God. Amber. Please. No more of this.
Jeffrey found the next package without any help from Mr. Grim.
What a lovely tattoo of a butterfly his wife had.
Jeffrey gently stroked spot on the dismembered foot.
I can’t do this anymore.
I can’t take this anymore.
Don’t worry Jeffrey.
This story is about to reach it’s climax.
Read the note.
Summer Fun.
The light came on and off Jeffrey went.
What fun he was having. Finding little treasure across the city.
Now he drove out to the lake house that he and Amber owned.
You sick freak!
You monster!
Murderer.
There was a trail for Jeffrey to follow.
Bread crumbles Mr. Grim left behind so Jeffrey could follow them.
Nine fingers lead to the porch.
Ten toes drew him to the stairs.
A foot at the top.
An arm pointing down the hall.
Another that pointed to the master bedroom.
Jeffrey stopped outside of the door.
He was afraid of what he might find behind it.
How do you know this?
Are you here?
Are you watching me?
You’ve been following me this whole time.
Come out! Fight me like a man.
Jeffrey didn’t want to lose the game. So he pushed the door open.
Fuck you! Fuck you and your game.
Jeffrey pushed the door open.
No! I won’t do it. I’m done.
Push the fucking door open!
I’ll kill her now.
Do it!
Jeffery pushed the door open.
His eyes widen at the sight inside.
A woman tied to a chair held a severed head in her lap.
Jeffrey took slow steps towards the woman.
Doubling over. Jeffrey vomited when he saw the blue tint on Amber’s lips.
Mr. Grim promised that if Jeffrey played his game he would get his wife back.
Never did Mr. Grim say she would be alive.
Who . . . who is she? Who is the head?
Jeffery knew that woman as well.
He was very familiar with the body pieces that he been finding around the city.
When you have affairs. You become familiar with each other bodies.
Stancy paid for her sins.
Who are you?
How did you know about the affair?
No one knew about it.
Stancy was keeping secrets as well.
Jeffrey didn’t know he wasn’t the one one married.
She had a husband?
I didn’t know.
Jeffrey took Mr. Grim’s wife.
So Mr. Grim took his.
Sadly that wasn’t enough to quell Mr. Grim’s anger.
He wanted Jeffrey’s life as well!
Mr. Grim stood over Jeffrey’s dead body.
The warm red liquid dripped from his smiling face.
Raising the gun to his own temple.
They all lived . . .
Happily Never After.
